Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our client based in Wellington, Telford.
Hours: Mon – Thurs 8:30am – 17:00pm & Fri 08:30am – 16:00pm.
Salary: £23,795.20 per annum.
Duties include but not limited to:
• Purchasing stock
• Processing incoming stock from UK and overseas suppliers
• Booking stock onto system & ensuring stock is in correct location in the stores (job includes going into our warehouse to check stock)
• Processing credit notes
• Processing daily despatch invoices on the system
• Filing paperwork and emails
• Data entry
• Petty cash
• Assisting with admin side of stock check
• Basic spreadsheet creation and upkeep
Ideal Candidate:
• Previous administration experience essential.
• Driving licence essential.
• Ability to work in a small team.
• High attention to detail is essential.
• Strong numeracy skills.
