Year 3 Teacher Monarch Education is currently recruiting a Year 3 Teacher for a warm and nurturing primary school located in Smethwick. The school seeks an individual who can provide support in Maths and English intervention groups, contributing to the children's learning and development. This role is set to commence in January 2025 and will conclude in July 2025. Ideally, the school is looking for an experienced member of staff but is open to considering Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who have relevant experience. The school has a strong ethos of caring for one another, as demonstrated in their latest Ofsted report. Positive relationships between staff and pupils are fostered, creating a conducive learning environment. The school is eager to appoint a teacher who adopts a nurturing approach to learning and development, ensuring these relationships are maintained.
