Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager
Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire
Salary: £46,781 per annum plus £10,000 bonus
Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Service Users: Young People (YPs) with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required:
* QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
Experience Required:
* Minimum of 2 years recent experience working in a Registered Children's Home setting in a supervisory role
* Thorough understanding of regulations and legislation within a Children's Home setting
* Ability to work closely with the Responsible Individual and key individuals within the strategic partnership
* Full UK Driving Licence

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building services from the ground up, including recruiting and developing a strong team.
