Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Dispensing medications
* Stock control, stock rotation, expiry date checking, and use of the Pharmacy IT System
* Providing an effective reception service, receiving incoming work and dealing with customer enquiries
* Maintaining stock of dispensing sundries and carrying out housekeeping duties to maintain good environmental standards
* Supporting the training and development of the pharmacy team
The core hours of the branch are an 8-hour shift (with 1 hour unpaid lunch) from 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday. Applicants will be expected to work full core hours on Thursday and Friday, with flexibility in remaining hours over Monday to Wednesday.

Qualifications and Education
* 2 GCSE Passes Grade C or above (or equivalent) must include Maths and English
Knowledge and Experience
* Experience of working in a team
* Good telephone and communication skills
* Knowledge of stock control systems
* Experience of working in pharmacy
* Experience of working in a customer-facing role
* Experience of working in a busy environment
