Totally Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for a Temporary to Permanent Customer Service Administrator for our client based within the Birmingham area. This is a 12 week Temporary to Permanent role. Daily Responsibilities Organising day to day transport for customers. Build strong relationships with customers. Answer telephone calls which will include customer enquiries, to progress customer orders, arrange transport requests and to increase customer satisfaction. Respond promptly to customer progress requests. Arrange delivery of courier consignments. Manage and monitor the dedicated customer service inbox, ensuring all queries are acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner. Assisting with any Customer Service, Transport, Purchasing, Sales and Health & Safety administration. Scanning, filing, data entry. Skills & Experience required Previous and strong administration experience Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Keen to learn new skill sets Previous customer service experience would be an advantage but not essential. Hours of work Monday to Friday 08:00am until 17:00pm (Paid breaks, 10.00am to 10.30am & 13:00pm to 14:00pm) On-site parking Salary - £22,000 to £26,000 depending on experience.
