An experienced Finance Business Controller is sought for a leading organisation near Lincoln, Lincolnshire. This role is critical to the financial management of a key regional area within the group, providing comprehensive financial oversight and partnering with operational management to drive sound decision-making and ensure robust financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all financial activities for the entity, offering valuable insights and support to management and operational teams.
* Lead the accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Conduct regular forecasting and budget reviews, analysing variances and ensuring financial goals are met.
* Ensure the accuracy of the P&L statements and maintain strong financial controls.
* Support the implementation of group directives, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
* Maintain the integrity of accounting systems and financial data.
* Oversee all aspects of the Balance Sheet.
* Collaborate closely with senior management to provide financial advice and strategic insights.
Required Experience and Skills:
* Background in Construction, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management or a similar project-based industry.
