A Paid Social Media Manager at Protein Works drives consistent & compelling revenue growth in DTC markets. Their vital work supports in delivering the key commercial building blocks of Order Volume, AOV, Gross Margin, LTV:CAC, NNPOFO and new customer acquisition. The Paid Social Media Manager supports and feeds into end-to-end involvement in how we hit our revenue targets and therefore responsibility for delivering sustainable revenue growth across our paid social channels.
The Paid Social Media Manager sits within a Squad and works in tandem with the Growth Hacker/Squad Leader and the rest of the Squad members. Your role will be to lead the strategy and direction of our paid social channels, ensuring best in class thinking and execution.
This role requires effective collaboration across your Squad, other Sales & Marketing Squads and in time, the wider business - specifically Commercial, Brand & BI Teams. You will be known for your growth mindset and your ability to visibly impact in-day performance and demonstrating how you can effectively handle the long-term blend of commercial, brand and A/B testing strategies.
Core Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta platforms, and TikTok.
* Monitor and optimise campaign performance, including budget management, bid strategies, and audience targeting, to maximise return on investment (ROI).
* Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
* Understand the dynamic of product mix, unit sales and ASP, helping to deliver growth in AOV.
* Support and challenge the delivery of new customer numbers to target month in month out.
* Optimise and understand LTV potential through paid social acquisition and balance of propositions.
* Monitor Site CVR and Product CVR working with the Squad to understand short-term optimisations.
* Surface learnings and insights and work with your peers to turn them into actions.
* Deliver customer-focused thinking and ‘right-first-time’ executions that enhance brand reputation.
* Adhere to and elevate Brand guidelines and values ensuring Brand standards are exceptional.
* Consistently identify growth opportunities, raise these and support in driving green lit ones home.
* Support in the delivery of A:R, CPA and spend mix to Paid Social channel targets, and how this fits with the wider business goals.
