Our goal is to provide top-quality care for our residents, and we're on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring we have the best care staff in place, while also helping us expand by bringing in new clients and agency staff.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Recruiting care staff across our three homes, ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver amazing care.
2. Building and maintaining relationships with agency staff to ensure we always have reliable cover.
3. Developing and implementing strategies to bring on new care clients, expanding our reach and impact.
4. Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including interviews, onboarding, and booking staff onto training.
5. Working closely with our senior team to ensure staffing needs are met and services run smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in the healthcare sector.
2. A strong understanding of the recruitment process and the challenges that come with it.
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
