We're partnering with a growing business to hire a key leader within their Customer Operations function. This role is all about ensuring customers - both businesses and consumers with complex needs - receive a seamless, high-quality experience.

Job Description
What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading & Developing Leaders - Coaching and mentoring Team Leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams.
* Enhancing Customer Experience - Overseeing complex service journeys that require tailored, high-touch solutions.
* Driving Performance & Engagement - Setting and achieving ambitious targets across SLAs, response times, and customer satisfaction.
* Managing Growth & Change - Scaling processes and structures to support expansion while keeping the customer at the centre.
* Collaborating with Key Stakeholders - Working closely with sales, field operations, and network teams to improve service delivery.
The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience leading managers within a customer operations or service delivery function.
* A track record of developing teams and improving performance in a fast-moving, customer-driven environment.
* An understanding of complex service delivery - whether in telecoms, utilities, or another sector where tailored customer solutions are essential.
* A hands-on leadership approach, capable of inspiring and driving a high-performance team culture.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
This role is based in Warrington, with 3-4 days per week on-site, ensuring you're at the heart of the operation, building relationships, and driving real change.
