Are You What We Are Looking For?
We are seeking a dynamic individual to propel our incredible Plantscape business to new heights. Drawing upon your extensive B2B product-driven sales experience, you will collaborate closely with our National Services Director to execute strategic sales plans.. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building key client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in coaching and monitoring the performance of our sales team, ensuring adherence to sales processes, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Collaborating with the National Services Director to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
2. Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion.
3. Working cross-functionally with other idverde departments to evaluate growth opportunities.
4. Setting clear objectives and KPIs for the sales team and providing coaching and support.
5. Supporting the sales team in nurturing and developing key customers to capture market share.
6. Updating and maintaining the CRM system to ensure effective utilisation.
7. Contributing to product development initiatives to meet customer needs and market demands.
