For now, as a Sister/Charge Nurse, youll lead a team of Healthcare Assistants and Donor Care Supervisors, making sure theyre they motivated, well-trained, and proficient. In short, its all about running safe blood donation sessions, which includes assessing donor blood and maintaining your teams skills. Initially, youll be based on our mobile team, but will soon transfer to our brand-new Blood Donation Centre.
