The Opportunity In this role, you will have the chance to be a key player in managing and delivering engineering projects that contribute to the ongoing success of our operations. Working alongside the Engineering Manager, you will assist in scoping both capital and non-capital projects, ensuring they run smoothly from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Engineering Manager in scoping capital and non-capital projects, providing valuable input and support.
Lead and manage project teams, ensuring projects are executed effectively from scoping to final delivery.
Oversee the day-to-day management of projects, including managing contractors and ensuring optimal performance.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Maintain accurate and well-organised project data and documentation to facilitate post-project reviews and learning.
