Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager required to join a leading mechanical engineering supplier.
The successful Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development will work fully remotely UK wide focusing on developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts for valve products and solutions, actuators and associated flow control-related products into the industrial sector via end users and OEM customers
The successful Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will ideally have experience selling industrial engineering products such as valves, pumps, compressors, actuators, instrumentation, seals, gaskets, hydraulics or similar flow control-related products via industrial industries including oil and gas, marine, water treatment, food and beverage.
This is a fantastic opportunity for long-term progression into a senior management role.

Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Role
Will work fully remotely UK wide focusing on developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts for valve products and solutions, actuators and associated flow control-related products into the industrial sector via end users and OEM customers
Maintaining valve-related product and system sales with demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation to achieve targets.
Selling valve products including ball valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, press valves, pressure control valves, solenoid valves, actuation and other flow control-related products into the industrial sector.
Work remotely / field-based covering the UK with regular visits to customer sites.

Liaise with various engineering departments.
Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Requirements
Experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer or similar selling into the industrial engineering sector
Experience selling or managing key accounts for industrial products such as valves, pumps, compressors, actuators, instrumentation, seals, gaskets, hydraulics or similar flow control-related products via industrial industries including oil and gas, marine, water treatment, food and beverage.
Technical engineering qualification, or apprenticed trained HNC/HND or degree would be advantageous
Full clean driving license.
Determination, enthusiasm and motivation to succeed and grow within a reputable valve company
Willingness to operate remotely with travel to customer sites across the UK
