Responsibilities Managing the full life cycle of client specific integration projects Training end users in how the integration is utilised Working with the relevant sales teams to ensure integration targets are met and exceeded Ensuring all users are placing orders through the integration Updating/creating relevant user guides when software enhancements are made Resolving how to support queries Reporting on current integration pipeline Working with the development team to improve client offerings Competencies and skills (essential behaviours required for the role) Technical/Professional Knowledge Experience working in project management or software training, legal software preferrable Experience working on an integrated software eco-system Proven track record of getting results Communication able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and confidently interact with clients to provide training and ongoing project communication Problem Solving and Analytical skills ability to use logic and reasoning to diagnose data and code anomalies with a meticulous approach to work. Continuous Improvement willingness to learn and constantly develop skills with a flexible attitude around learning new software and implementing changes within the process Teamwork demonstrated teamwork skills including the ability to work individually and as part of team.
