My client is seeking a HR Administrator to join their HR function, reporting directly to the Head of HR. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic team in a supportive and professional environment. 5 days on site per week No parking Full time hours Hybrid working from 6 months probationary period (Adhoc basis) Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment and selection, including preparing and sending offer letters and notifying unsuccessful candidates. Support the coordination and collation of monthly payroll. Inform relevant teams about new starters and manage the induction programme. Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing support and guidance where needed. Requirements: A strong educational background, including Maths and English GCSEs (A -C) or a Level 3 NVQ in a relevant subject (e.g., Business Administration). CIPD Level 3 qualification would be desirable. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
