We're looking for a Resident Services Assistant to join the Lettings and Customer Service team at an impressive Build to Rent scheme right in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. This is an exciting chance to work with one of the UK's leading Build to Rent operators, known for their commitment to creating vibrant, modern living spaces with fantastic amenities like gyms, roof terraces, and private dining rooms.
The Role:
As a Resident Services Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of creating an outstanding experience for residents and prospective tenants alike. You'll support the General Manager with all aspects of building management, from lettings to community engagement, and everything in between.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Be the welcoming face of the building, delivering excellent service to residents and visitors. Handle enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and create a positive atmosphere.
* Lettings: Conduct engaging viewings, manage tenancy processes from start to finish, and help achieve full occupancy at the best possible rent.
* Community Building: Organise on-site events, build local business partnerships, and encourage resident engagement to foster a sense of community.
* Property Management: Carry out regular walk-arounds to ensure the building and amenities meet high standards of safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
Who We're Looking For:
We're keen to speak to candidates who are:
* Customer-Focused: You love going the extra mile to deliver a great experience.
* Highly Organised: You're confident managing multiple tasks and staying on top of things.
* Proactive and Hands-On: You're not afraid to take the initiative and get stuck in when needed.
* Experienced in Service Industries: Ideally, you'll have a background in hospitality, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), property management, or similar customer-facing roles.
* Sales Savvy: Previous experience in lettings or sales would be a bonus, but it's not essential-full training will be provided.
* Knowledgeable About Lettings Legislation: An understanding of Scottish letting regulations would be useful, but again, not a dealbreaker.
