365 People need a Delivery Coordinator / Production Scheduler / Operations Administrator for our client.
* Salary: 27,000 - 28,000 per year
* Contract: Temp-to-perm position
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (30-minute break)
* Location: Thurmaston
Key Responsibilities:
* Production Planning: Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
* Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to meet production demands.
* Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and ensure availability of materials.
* Schedule Optimization: Optimize schedules for efficiency and effectiveness.
* Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with teams and communicate status updates.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance metrics and adjust as necessary.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
* Handle administrative tasks, such as printing delivery notes and confirming deliveries with customers.
* Answer phone calls, speak with customers, and assist in resolving inquiries or issues.
* Provide support in other tasks as needed by management.
What We Need from You:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both with customers and internal teams.
* High level of IT proficiency, especially in Word and Excel.
* Excellent written and verbal English skills.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
* Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
* Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
* Strong sense of urgency, follow-up, and attention to detail.
* Previous experience in scheduling and geographic routing is an advantage.
