Extra Care Manager

I am looking for an Extra Care Service Manager for a service in Poole covering two sites, working alongside another registered manager who covers another two sites.
The services comprise of 120 self-contained extra care apartments with their own kitchen, lounge, bedroom and wet room which are rented to people who are vulnerable and have a care need which can vary from Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, ABI, Elderly, Substance Misuse and Dementia.
Duties for this role will include:
• Being the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Services
• Utilising authentic leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care
• Managing the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintaining high levels of occupancy
• Providing improvement, independence and choice for Service Users
• Complying with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times
For this role you must have:
• Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or be working towards this
• Experience of managing an extra care, domiciliary care or supported living service
• Experience of successfully managing a staff team
• Knowledge of CQC requirements
