Peterson has an exciting vacancy for a Control Tower Administrator. This would be a 2-year fixed term contract initially.
The function of the role is to act as the point of contact for Peterson clients and suppliers and provide support for users of our delivery management system, through telephone and email communications.
Candidates should be capable of working in a busy office environment with the ability to meet demanding targets and deadlines. The candidate must have good attention to detail, always ensuring accuracy. The candidate should also be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have experience working with Microsoft packages. Full training will be given on our delivery management system. Ideally, you would have a P4 pass.
