Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a forward-thinking HR strategy that aligns with the college’s vision and values.
* Lead on all aspects of HR policy and procedure, ensuring compliance and best practice.
* Cultivate a culture that attracts, retains, and develops exceptional talent.
* Champion employee wellbeing, diversity, and professional development.
* Provide expert guidance to senior leaders on people-related matters.
What We’re Looking For:
* A strategic HR leader with experience in shaping and delivering high-impact people strategies.
* A passion for education and the ability to align HR initiatives with the college’s mission.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong leadership and influencing skills.
* Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
