Job summary We are looking to fill a Desktop Support Analyst posts within the Desktop Support Team in the Health Informatics Service at Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This role sits within a small team supporting the desktop and printer infrastructure throughout the Trust. This role will involve preparing and deploying of desktop PC, laptops and tablet devices across the Trust. It involves travelling to Trust sites predominately in Leeds and York and supporting LYPFT staff working at partner premises. Main duties of the job The post holder with carry out all tasks as requested by the Desktop Service Manager. These tasks include provision ICT support for the entire trust, including fault diagnosis and resolution, updates and upgrades of hardware and software on desktop and printers. Proactive maintenance of trust devices and supporting services and third part organisations.
