Salary:£25,337 per annum (OTE £27,120 per annum)

About the Role
The role is to provide administrative support to the Sales support and Sales Team. Consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities
* Cleansing of vehicle files following delivery to the customer, ensuring all required documentation is present
* Completes Autoline records with end of warranty and finance contract information
* Ensuring CRM records are complete and accurate in line with current Data Accuracy guidelines
* Ensuring compliance in line with current FCA regulations via use of the TRACS System
* Maximising Me Connect assignments in order to meet targets set by the manufacturer
* Completes vehicle records within bQuotes including payout data
* Answering of incoming calls, efficiently directing each call to the intended colleague
* Assisting the Sales Support Team with invoicing and taxation of vehicles during registration months
What's required from you?
* Previous motor trade experience is desirable but not essential
* High level of computer skills including Microsoft office software (Excel & Word)
* Must be accurate and show attention to detail
* Good telephone and interpersonal skills
