About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to support students with special educational needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one support, facilitating group activities, and contributing to a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide individualized support to students with varying levels of need
* Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement inclusive practices
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will require:
* A strong understanding of child development and special educational needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Basic IT skills and familiarity with educational software
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £23,006 per annum (pro-rata £15,425.02). In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Location and Hours
This role is based in Rotherham, S65 1EG, and requires a commitment of 7 x 30 hours per week during term time, plus one training week. The duration of this contract is temporary until 31st December 2025.
