Job Title: Lead Permit Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Permit Coordinator to join our team at Solos Consultants Ltd.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
Company Overview: Our client is a leading provider of public sector services, and we are looking for an experienced professional to manage permits for excavation and reinstatement work on the public highway.
Key Responsibilities:
* To permit all excavation and reinstatement work carried out by utility providers, developers, private individuals, and contractors.
* To generate and issue quarterly reports to utilities, ensuring long-term improvements.
* To agree with works promoters on the timing and scope of permits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g., civil engineering, construction management).
* Proven experience in permit management or a related field.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
