Food & Beverage Operations Manager MUST LIVE IN THE UK TO APPLY MUST DRIVE DUE TO REMOTE LOCATION We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to support the Director of Food & Beverage in developing and executing the food and beverage strategy to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is key to shaping the strategic direction of the business while ensuring adherence to brand standards, food hygiene, and health & safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing the Food and Beverage strategy. Drive high standards and ensure guest expectations are exceeded. Collaborate with top suppliers to maintain high-quality products. Lead recruitment, training, and development of the team. Coordinate with other departments to improve performance and guest experience. Ensure consistent communication across teams and implement effective problem-solving strategies. Maintain a hands-on presence and motivate the team to deliver excellent service. Monitor financial targets, controlling costs, and driving additional revenue. Support the Director in managing department budget and capex projects. Qualifications: Hotel school diploma or equivalent. Experience in 5-star hotels and previous leadership roles. Strong food and wine knowledge. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong commercial and business acumen. Salary £49,000 per year plus also receive service charge of between £1,500 - £2,000 per year.
