Job Description As a HR Coordinator, you will support all aspects of HR operational activity across the business, including the administration of the colleague life cycle. You will undertake and manage the end-to-end completion of pre-employment and existing colleague vetting checks, ensuring our business integrity and regulatory obligations are satisfied. As a HR Coordinator, we are looking for someone to: Provide support and advice to all colleagues and managers, face to face, by phone and by email Manage new starters, colleague contractual changes and leaver processes, including regulatory considerations and associated correspondence Conduct and manage background checks for colleagues using Experian, investigating and resolving matters to a high standard and in a timely manner, mitigating the company from potential risk Maintaining, updating, and supervision of system held information (including accurate filing of documents), and GDPR considerations Organise and coordinate Occupational Health appointments, DSE's and Access to Work, including submitting referrals, liaising with OH provider, and ensuring appropriate action points are followed up Prepare and report data, providing analysis where necessary Minute taking for formal investigation, disciplinary and grievance meetings, and ad-hoc meetings as required Qualifications Essential Experience of working in a HR role Experience of using a HRIS and strong Excel skills Strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced and commercial environment Strong problem solving skills and a desire to work collaboratively Excellent attention to detail and accuracy A sound understanding of General Data Protection Regulations High level of discretion and confidentiality Desirable CIPD qualification Additional Information Benefits working at Together 26 days holiday, and a day off for your birthday (increasing with service to 30 days), plus bank holidays Buy & sell holidays Discretionary annual bonus Matched pension contribution Life assurance Critical illness cover Health cash plan Private medical insurance Free access to company holiday homes Travel season ticket loans Ride to work scheme Free local gym access Local bar / restaurant discounts Together embraces diversity and inclusion, and are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
