Job Title: Registered Manager - Children's Home
Location: Leeds
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week, Monday – Friday)
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum with On-Target Earnings of up to £80,000

Responsibilities:
* Inspire and lead Team Leaders and RSWs, overseeing staff induction, training, performance management, duty allocation, shift management, record keeping, budgeting, petty cash, staff deployment, and daily supervision
* Ensure care plans, risk assessments, and anti-bullying plans are updated and reviewed regularly
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve and maintain an OFSTED rating of good or outstanding
* Demonstrate passion, professionalism, and adaptability
* Deliver exceptional outcomes for children with unwavering honesty and integrity
Experience Required:
* Minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory role within the residential care sector
* OR at least 2 years as a deputy manager in a role relevant to residential childcare
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
* Willingness to obtain a Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 2 years (if not already held)
* Full UK driving licence is essential
* Proven ability to provide consistent care and support to children, including those with challenging behaviour
* Flexible approach to working patterns, including covering shifts when needed
