We are recruiting an Associate Business Change & Transformation Consultant to join the UK and Ireland team. As an Associate Consultant, you will lead major client engagements, providing expert advice to drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable value. You will work with leaders and executives to design and oversee the implementation of tailored change and transformation solutions that meet short- and long-term objectives.
You will be leading projects, accountable for delivering quality and adhering to budgets, reporting to an Associate Director. Depending on the project scale, you may lead alone, manage a larger team, or work within a multi-skilled team.

* Engage with clients to understand their needs and current operations.
* Build trusting relationships with stakeholders to provide expert advice, insights, and challenge.
* Plan and execute strategic change initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
* Monitor progress and adapt approaches as needed.
* Produce high-quality reports and presentations.

Qualifications
* Emotionally intelligent and self-aware of behaviors in various situations.

* Effective communicator, both in writing and speaking.
* Experienced stakeholder facilitator.

Experience:
* Certified practitioner through PROSCI, APMG, or relevant professional body.
* Experience leading complex change or transformation projects.
* Sector experience in infrastructure sectors such as aviation, rail, defense, energy, water, or highways is desirable but not mandatory.
