We have an exciting opportunity in our Engineering Team as a Maintenance Technician. You will be part of the Marriott family offering outstanding service to our guests and associates.
Main Duties:
1. Carry out general maintenance around the hotel including plumbing, electrical, painting, mechanical, and general hotel repairs.
2. Communicate with all departments and managers regarding maintenance and repair jobs and actions required.
3. Prioritize work schedules in relation to customer needs.
4. Assist with other duties as the Chief Engineer may require.
5. Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.
6. Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role.
What do you need to apply?
We look for strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing) and the ability to work alone and within a team environment. You will be innovative, proactive, and reliable. Previous experience working within a hotel would be desirable.
