Role Overview
This role is Birmingham based carrying out EICR s, PAT Testing, Fire Alarm Inspections, Emergency Lighting Inspections. The work will be a combination of Planned & Reactive Maintenance along with Remedial Works and general works installations. The role will primarily be working across our Hospitality, Retail and Leisure clients.

Job Description
* Provide Planned and Reactive Electrical Maintenance across multiple sites & sectors
* Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Repairs and Installation works across various asset types including: Lighting systems, Electrical Distribution Boards, Fire & Intruder Alarm systems, Pumps, Motors, Building Management Systems, PAT Testing, HVAC systems, EV systems
* Fault finding and repairs on electrical equipment & systems
* Carry out alterations, installations and electrical testing in accordance with specification and legislation
* Respond promptly to reactive call requests from our Helpdesk Team
* Provide On-call Service as part of a call-out rota
* Compile quotes for installation & repairs works, outlining the quantities of materials and labour times required
* Identify non-repairable issues and advise the Contract Manager of findings and recommendations
* Travel to various locations to fulfil allocated tasks
* Follow instructions from Line Manager regarding scheme and scope of works
* Carry out tasks in accordance with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Monitor and update the CAFM system
* Liaise with our Health and Safety Forum and Human Resource to engage with Learning and Development in accordance with Site Safety Regulations
* Look to sustainably use resources/materials and recycle where possible
* Represent the company in a professional manner to internal and external personnel
* Any other duties required by the business within the scope of the role
Personal Specification
* Qualified electrician with 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, AM2 and City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
* Previous experience in Electrical Maintenance & Installation
* Ability to maintain and repair a range of electrical systems with minimum supervision
* Ability to repair and maintain a range of equipment
* Application of vocational experience to the benefit of the business
* Ability to use own initiative, working accurately with policies and procedures
* Prioritize workload and meet deadlines
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* PC literate
* Full Driving License
* Customer focused
* Self-motivated and flexible in your approach to work
* Good problem-solving skills
* Work carried out to a high-quality standard
Package
* Salary: £38,513 per annum (includes an on-call payment of £1,950 per annum for being on-call 1 week in 4)
* Overtime paid at 1.5 x hourly rate (time and a half) after 37.5 hours worked
* Normal hours: 08:00, Monday to Friday
* 30 minutes travel time each way per day in their own time
