Location: Hybrid (After Training) - 1 to 2 Days Onsite at One Angel Square, Angel Street, Northampton, NN1 1ED. Contract Type: Temporary basis, 12 week assignment. Hours: Full-Time, 37 Hours Per Week, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, 30-Minute Unpaid Break. Hourly Rate: £13.61 Per Hour Positions Available: 2 Role Summary Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client, West Northamptonshire Council, for two reactive, versatile Administrators to work within the Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) team. The role involves supporting the administration process of Education Health Care Plans and working closely with EHC Officers and EHC Caseworkers. The Administrators ensuring the smooth progression of EHCP processes and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. Job Purpose To provide comprehensive and confidential business support to the EHC Locality operational teams, ensuring efficient communication, data management, and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities Provide effective and transparent business support to the EHC localities operational teams. Act as the first point of contact for service users and professionals. Support localities teams in managing communications, Capita ONE, and SharePoint, including mailbox monitoring and responses. Assist the EHC Locality Team Leader and EHC Officer in tracking allocation and cases, including providing data and performance information support. Work collaboratively with service members to ensure continuity of support for the EHC Service and undertake other relevant administrative tasks. Demonstrate commitment to safeguarding the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. Essential Experience & Skills: Previous experience in an administrative role, minimum experience of 12 - 18 months. Strong ability to work independently and take initiative. Commitment to working onsite 1-2 days a week after training. Proficiency in MS365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams. Experience navigating and using case management systems (preferred). Knowledge of SEND processes is advantageous. Ability to work well within a team. Ability to complete GDPR and training modules as part of onboarding. Additional Information No DBS check is required for this role.
