About the role
As an Ops Centre Representative, you will be working as part of a high-performing, agile, flexible team, to deliver a high-quality service supporting the key functions within Field Engineering and Operations. You will be organising the onboarding and requests for new starters across the business, ensuring inductions are booked and completed online.
Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
The must-haves:
1. Previous Admin experience
2. IT literate and be competent in the use of databases, Office applications and e-mail systems.
3. Attention to detail is essential.
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Flexible approach
6. Proactive in understanding and implementing technical and operational initiatives to drive customer improvements
What’s in it for you?
* This is a 26-week contract.
* An hourly rate of £12.00 PAYE.
* This role provides hybrid working access from the comforts of your own home and only goes to our state-of-the-art office in Birmingham-Eagle Court, 2 days a week in the office (Tuesday and Thursday).
