About the role:
1. Supporting pupils’ learning, both in the classroom and in small groups
2. Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
3. Helping children develop their confidence, independence, and social skills
4. Supporting children with SEND and additional needs, where required
5. Encouraging a love of learning through play-based and interactive activities

1. A caring and patient approach, with a passion for working with children
2. Relevant experience or a qualification in childcare/education (Level 2 or 3 desirable)
3. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
4. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
