Role Summary
The successful applicant must be reliable, flexible with excellent interpersonal skills, and be prepared to perform a wide variety of duties.
About the Role
You must be a person who likes working in a team but who also has the ability to take responsibility for their own work.
Duties will be to provide a range of administration duties predominantly the use of “Epic,” the Trust’s clinical appointment system. The post will involve booking appointments for patients attending various clinics in Community Hospital and Domiciliary settings, organising and allocating incoming documentation, and electronic messages, using your own initiative in providing a comprehensive administration and clerical service.
Working Pattern: 15 hours per week. Mondays and Tuesdays, flexible.
