We are looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced individuals to the role of Finance Operations Coordinators in the Finance Operations Team.
The Finance Operations Team is responsible for high volume transaction processing, loading and paying purchase invoices, managing supplier queries and reconciling supplier statements, raising sales invoices and performing credit control activities, completing credit card reconciliations, day to day banking, cashbooks and bank reconciliations and rent accounting across all companies.
About the role
The Finance Operations Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate upkeep of the purchase and sales ledgers along with rent accounting and associated bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
About you
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and to collaborate with other team members and the wider business in order to form part of an effective team. Experience of Open Housing, Open Accounts, Banking, Kefron and eBis would be beneficial but is not essential.

* Salary is £27,194 per annum
* Location: Gosforth
* 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
