Base pay range
A prestigious property firm requires an enthusiastic and capable Tenancy Support Administrator to oversee a portfolio of non-managed tenancies, ensuring smooth operation and providing excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants. Onsite training provided with opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing pre-tenancy and end-of-tenancy arrangements
* Ensuring tenancy documentation is accurate and compliant
* Providing general tenancy support and respond to queries
* Assisting with deposit releases and disputes
* Supporting the Lettings and Property Management teams
* Handling administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests as needed
Qualifications & Experience:
* Prior experience in a similar role within corporate environment is essential
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Self-motivated, organised, and focused
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Proficient in IT and data entry
* Team player with problem-solving abilities
