About the role
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is the face of the company. It is an exciting and broad role that includes both heading up the implementation of new customers, and providing their long-term guidance to ensure they meet their goals. It is about taking responsibility for your allocated customers and becoming a part of their business. We want you to know what they do, how they do it and how EazyStock can best add long-term value.
The CSM is the voice of the customer within the business. Whether this be product development, process improvements or support requirements, you will work cross functionally to ensure needs are met and you will play a major role in how the region evolves to further support their customers.
What would you do?
o Attend, contribute to, and eventually lead Discovery Workshops with customers.
o Map customer requirements to EazyStock capabilities.
o Provide user training.
o Hold regular value reviews with all of your customers to ensure they are meeting their goals, understand if their needs are changing and set value targets for upcoming periods.
o Identify functionality gaps, scope solutions, and liaise with Products Team to ensure appropriate development for your customers.
o Potentially create SQL reports to support specific testing use cases.
Who you are? / What we expect:
o Some demonstrable working experience in at least one of Supply Chain, Purchasing or Forecasting.
o Business English proficient. With evidence of tailoring both verbal and written communication to achieve desired results.
o Clear and concise presentation skills, ability to adapt message depending on audience.
o Ability to teach, train and coach users through their EazyStock journey, identifying different learning methods and adapting your training.
o Desire and ability to keep up to date with news/issues/advancements in technology related to the domain.
o Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (or equivalents) in a business environment.
o Business level language skills in English and Swedish
The icing on the cake:
o Project Management Experience (particularly in Software).
o Experience in a cloud SaaS organisation.
o Experience with cloud Software implementations.
o Customer Success/Account Management experience.
