Delivery Manager

Location: Ryde, Isle of Wight
Hours: 40 hours per week (8am - 4.30pm) plus out of hours call out on a rota basis
Days: Monday - Friday plus out of hours call out on a rota basis
Duration: Permanent
Duties:
Overseeing the delivery of high value responsive repairs and major works projects within occupied and void properties,
Leading and developing a team of 12+ trade staff,
Overseeing subcontractors,
Planning and ensuring adherence to schedules,
Managing budgets, forecasting and ensuring value for money,
Providing high levels of customer service and building relationships with stakeholders,
Ensuring adherence to health and safety and quality standards.
Experience:
Must have previous experience of managing a team of staff within a customer focused property maintenance environment.
Must have experience of estimating, planning and adhering to budgets and deadlines,
Must have good knowledge of relevant health and safety, environmental and construction related legislation,
Must have excellent customer service and communication and collaboration skills,
Must have a full driver’s licence and be flexible with working hours.
This role will be subject to a DBS clearance.
due to working hours candidates must be based on the Isle of Wight.
Salary: £40 - 45,000 per annum plus call out premium, flexible benefits, generous company pension, life cover and insurance options
