We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial commercial and supply executive to help us on our mission to make the world OBSESSED with beans. We need someone who loves building relationships to manage and grow our retail accounts and make them flourish. This role is all about structure, efficiency, and growth. You’ll be setting up and managing customers (including Amazon, wholesalers and food service), streamlining processes to improve efficiency, working with our head of category to track competitor performance and manage our data and insights, and helping us hunt down new business. You’ll also work closely with our Supply Chain team, as well as building collaborative relationships with the supply chain contacts at our key retailers, to ensure we have the best possible forecast in place to support their growth (and ours) over the coming months and years. Process & Efficiency – Help build improve the way we handle orders, stock, and account management—keeping things slick & scalable. New Business Development – Hunt down new retail, wholesale & food service opportunities, getting Bold Bean Co into the right customers Order & Supply Coordination – Work with suppliers & logistics teams to ensure stock is in the right place at the right time. Sales Support – Assist in tracking performance, sales and category data, and to maximise sales and stock availability, especially for promotions, New Product Development and Existing PD launches Build great presentations to help sell in NPD. Forecasting for non-grocery customers, ensuring great OTIF and availability Supporting with the launch of EPD and NPD across accounts Analysing customers’ orders and stock levels to identify where additional orders are needed, and working with the customers to ensure these are placed —————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— ABOUT YOU Highly organised & process-driven—you love making things run smoothly and efficiently. Experience in sales, account management, or supply chain (bonus if it’s in food/FMCG) - OR transferable people data skills that make you a great candidate. A natural problem solver—and enjoy finding creative ways to solve challenges. Data driven - You are comfortable analysing data, already familiar with Google Sheets and/or Excel, and love using it to optimise our forecast and forecasting process to create strong, consistent forecasts. Growth mindset—you’re always looking for ways to optimise and improve the way we do things from customer setup to supply chain tweaks.
