Description
As an Audit Manager, you will be required to:
1. Work alongside the team to manage a portfolio of clients of around £400-500k GRF.
2. Delegate various accounting, audit, and ad-hoc duties.
3. Attend and lead client meetings where required.
4. Manage a portfolio of clients.
5. Plan and lead the audit to completion or oversee a Senior leading an audit.
6. Train and develop the team beneath you.
Profile
Necessary qualifications and experience include:
1. Experience working in an accountancy practice in a similar role.
2. Drive to progress through studies and build a successful career.
3. Experience with the management of juniors.
4. Commercial awareness.
5. Qualified (AAT, ACA, ACCA).
6. Experience of accounting standards and a wide range of clients.
7. Proficient in IT systems such as Xero, Excel, and Sage.
8. Ability to develop client relationships and understand client service standards.
