The successful candidate will be joining a professional organisation who are growing and going from strength-to-strength – it’s a really exciting time to join the team Working closely with the customer service and sales teams, the Customer Service Executive will support customer throughout their purchase and handle all sales administration, and post-sales administrative support. This role is very well suited to confident communicators who are able to build relationships with clients as well as providing efficient administrative support. The position will include the following roles and responsibilities; Providing a first-class customer experience to all customers Administration of new customers onto the in-house CRM system Assisting with the preparation of quotes for new vehicles Following up on quotations within a 48-hour time frame Processing customer orders using the in-house CRM system Providing customers with updates regarding the status of their enquiry/order Providing the customer service team with general administrative support Producing reports for management Contacting customers that are due for their vehicles to be renewed Assisting with producing payroll reports for salary-sacrifice customers Preparing documentation in relation to vehicles including tax and salary-sacrifice Assisting customers in booking demos for vehicles Other customer service and administrative duties as directed by the Customer Service Manager We would love to hear from candidates who have the following skills and experience; Experienced working in customer service or administration in a professional environment Automotive experience is preferred Exceptional organisational experience Confident in forging strong relationships with customers Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and face-to-face Competent using IT including the full suite of MS Office Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines Full and clean driving licence is preferred
