Business Systems Implementation Manager
A leading law firm in Jersey is looking to hire a business systems implementation manager to join their global fund administration team. Reporting directly to the business systems implementation director, the main purpose of this role will be to lead and manage business implementation projects from conception to completion and to act as the primary
liaison between the fund administration team, IT, and external vendors.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensuring software is effectively integrated and utilised to its full potential.
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the fund administration department.
* Supporting on the development, testing, and implementation of system enhancements and new systems.
* Utilising strong knowledge of Investran to optimise fund administration processes.
* Supporting the development of reporting solutions, both for existing and new systems.
* Working closely with internal teams and external clients to gather requirements and communicate project progress.
* Providing Investran training and ongoing support to the fund administration team.
* Ensuring all business implementation projects comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Main experience and skills required:
* 5+ years of experience in private equity fund administration.
* Deep working knowledge of Investran.
* Familiarity with VBA, VB script and Transact-SQL is desirable.
To be successful in this role you need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with strong project management experience.
