Warehouse Team Leader/Bendi Driver
Location: Pershore
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (40 hours per week, start/finish times TBC).
Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
Pay: £13.35 per hour
Sunday Uplift: Additional pay for Sunday shifts.
Saturday Overtime: 1 in 4 rota basis.
Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader with a valid Bendi Truck Licence? We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Pershore!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading and motivating the warehouse team to meet daily targets.
2. Safe and efficient operation of Bendi Trucks.
3. Ensuring compliance with health & safety and operational procedures.
4. Supporting stock management and distribution tasks.
5. Flexibility to work overtime as required to meet demand.
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
2. Valid and up-to-date Bendi Truck licence.
3. Strong organisational and communication skills.
4. Team player with a proactive attitude.
