We are looking for a Service Contracts Sales Manager to cover West & Midlands area. You will drive forward the Healthcare Getinge UKI Service Strategy, spanning Acute Care Therapies, Surgical Workplaces and Infection Control, to grow Service revenue and profitability. You willcollaborate with capital and consumable sales teams and the tender's team to ensure the Service business is appropriately represented in all commercial discussions. Reporting to Head of Aftersales, you will have the opportunity to establish effective strategies to deliver compelling service offers to customers and identify and develop service contract opportunities across the NHS and private health care customers. You will proactively engage with customers for Getinge Care service contracts, from initial offer through to negotiation and close, following up with regular meetings to ensure customers understand the value Getinge provides. Main responsibilities will include :
* Proactively engage with customers to build understanding of the service value proposition;
* Regularly meet with clinical and procurement managers, ensuring comprehensive stakeholder mapping with key decision makers to demonstrate value.
* Prepare and deliver evidence of service delivery, including performance against key metrics to highlight, differentiate and explain the important of service.
Establish direct sales of the entire Getinge Care Service Contract portfolio :
* Utilize relevant selling techniques to progress contract opportunities.
* Execute commercial strategies and campaigns to increase market share for Getinge Service.
* Forecast source of business to increase uptake; Contract Renewals, Expiring Warranties.
* Meet revenue targets and establish strategies to maximise opportunities.
* Working alongside Capital Sales Managers, align strategies of customer accounts.
* Build a strong understanding of all Getinge Products Areas & Applications;
* Acute Care Therapies, Infection Control and Surgical Workplaces.
* Develop, maintain and grow a culture of customer focus and continuous improvement throughout the Getinge organisation through relentless attention to detail on customer proposals and communication;
* Working with Service Contracts Administration, produce quotations / tenders and pricing agreements within given timescales.
* Working with Regional Service Managers, produce evidence driven materials for customers to demonstrate value of service.
* Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
* Responsible for timely completion of administrative tasks and projects.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills both over the telephone and face to face.
* Preferred medical sales / service contracts sales experience.
* Ability to problem solve and seek solutions logically in challenging situations.
* Preferred Sales / Negotiating Training.
* Account Management experience.
* Ability to plan, organize and manage time effectively to meet challenging deadlines.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to build long term relationships.
* Preferred understanding of the medical sector (NHS & Private) in the United Kingdom
