About The Role:
We are working with a highly desirable and creative international architecture practice, famed for their state-of-the-art projects across the globe. They are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to become part of their team on a permanent basis.
This dynamic hybrid role offers comprehensive administrative support to project leads and team members. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in administration.
This is a rare opportunity to join a leading studio within the design industry in their beautiful bright and airy office in a vibrant part of town!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare project submissions and assist in presentations
2. Coordinate documentation, meetings, and events
3. Manage calendars, organise meetings, and arrange site visits for internal and external clients
4. Support Project Directors and Associates, handling queries and correspondence
5. Coordinate travel, expenses, and financial documents
6. Assist with timesheets, resource allocation, and project planning
7. Handle formal communication with clients and consultants
8. Support staff recruitment, appraisals, and onboarding
9. Manage office logistics, IT issues, and facility needs
10. Collaborate with various departments across offices
11. Assist in translation and event preparation
12. Maintain a strong team spirit and efficient operations
Key Skills/Requirements:
1. Experience working in a fast-paced administrative capacity, ideally within the creative industry
2. Strong verbal and written communication abilities
3. Effective interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and IT applications
5. Skilful prioritisation and planning capabilities
6. Exceptional organisational skills in dynamic settings
7. Tactful and diplomatic with diverse situations and individuals
