Job Advert: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Location: Bracknell
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team at a school in Bracknell. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with young children, supporting their development and well-being within a nurturing and stimulating educational environment. The position offers a competitive daily rate of pay, ranging from £85-£100 per day, with the flexibility of working 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years old.
- Plan and implement a range of age-appropriate activities that promote holistic development.
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of all children.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback and reporting to parents and senior staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create individualized learning plans for children with additional needs.
- Promote positive behaviour management techniques and encourage social skills development.
- Establish strong partnerships with parents and carers, maintaining open lines of communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Experience working in an early years setting, preferably within a school environment.
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures and commitment to promoting child welfare.
