The Role
As a Mozzo Learning & Development Ambassador, you will be a key part of driving and supporting strong coffee culture within Mozzo and our Mozzo serving Partners.
We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, exceptional social skills, a genuine passion for people and teaching, strong speciality coffee knowledge and skills, and a desire to be part of a team striving to build a purpose-driven business that makes a positive impact every day.
As a fully mobile role, any applicants will need to have an enjoyment of travel and be flexible to staying away across the UK, Europe, and the US.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting existing Mozzo Serving Partner Venues to serve great coffee experiences
* Delivering engaging On-Site and Off-Site Training (Barista; Latte Art & Cleaning & Calibration)
* Performing Quality Audits and the necessary follow-ups with Partners
* Equipment Calibration
* Supporting Mozzo Partners to develop engaging Coffee Development Programmes to include SOP & Menu Development
* Identifying needs and opportunities for customers to benefit from Roastery Training Days
* Supporting the setup and launch of new Mozzo Serving Partner Venues
* Supporting Coffee Tastings and Presentations at new potential Mozzo Serving Partner Venues
* Supporting Mozzo’s drive to innovate within our Learning & Development support for Mozzo Partners
Key requirements of the role
* A full/clean UK driving license
* A valid Passport for International Travel
* Ability to travel 100% of the role, including travel within the UK & Europe (and occasionally US)
* 2+ years Hospitality experience
* 3+ years Speciality coffee knowledge & skills
* Speciality Coffee Association Certifications (Ideal)
* Based (lives) within the areas of St Albans, Watford, Harlow
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 5:30 pm; 1 lunch unpaid). Does not include commuting time, which will be required to take place outside of working hours (with exceptions when travelling for longer distances).
