We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our London Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations practice on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. Talent Management and Engagement: Design and execute talent management strategies that identify and nurture high-potential performers. Performance Management: Drive the setting and achievement of objectives consistent with practice and firm priorities. Foster a culture of constructive feedback and fair performance review processes. Headcount Management: Monitor and adapt the group structure for optimal resource allocation and retention. Collaborate on recruitment strategies, from managing trainee planning to lateral hiring. Background in HR practices focusing on talent, change, engagement, and performance. Experience with employee relations and recruitment within a professional services environment. Commercial awareness with a solid understanding of business dynamics and analytical capabilities. Strong influencer capable of confidently challenging senior stakeholders. Effective relationship builder with strategic insight and independent judgement. Professional, credible communicator with strong presentation skills.
