Role Responsibilities:
* To be aware of GDPR requirements and ensure these are adhered to
* Manage own time, workload and resources
* Communicating with patients/pharmacies/hospitals regarding medication queries
* Answering telephone queries from community pharmacies
* Process patients repeat prescriptions via electronic requests/NHS app/paper
* Medication reviews where appropriate
* Support reception and the wider team regarding medication queries
* Clinical audit work
* Carry out clinical system searches as requested
* Maintain a clean, tidy, effective working area at all times
* Fire Marshall
* To promptly action tasks in relevant task boxes and those assigned personally
* Apply Practice policies, standards and guidance
The ideal candidate will have:
* Exceptional communication skills (written and oral).
* A professional telephone manner.
* High level of computer literacy.
* NVQ 2 in Dispensing (or working towards) (Higher end of salary if you hold this qualification)
* Previous experience using SystmOne.
* A flexible pro-active approach to work.
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise task effectively.
* Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm in difficult situations.
* Professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Pay: £11.44-£11.65 per hour
