The Environment Enforcement Officer LBS-007 position is integral to promoting and ensuring environmental compliance within our community. Responsibilities
Conduct inspections and investigations to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Gather evidence and prepare detailed reports on findings related to environmental violations.

Collaborate with local businesses and government agencies to promote environmental programs and initiatives.
Respond to complaints and concerns from the public regarding environmental issues and violations.
Stay updated on changes in environmental legislation and regulations affecting the community.
Assist in the development and implementation of environmental enforcement strategies and community outreach programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Law, or a related field.
Proven experience in environmental enforcement or a regulatory role is preferred.
Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective reporting and community interaction.
Knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and standards at local, state, and federal levels.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with diverse groups and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using computer software for report writing, data analysis, and record-keeping.
